CellarBoss User Guide ​

CellarBoss is a wine cellar management application that helps you track your wine collection, from purchase to consumption.

What You Can Do ​

  • Track your bottles — Record purchases, storage locations, and drinking windows
  • Manage your cellar — Organise storage locations with a flexible hierarchy (rooms, racks, shelves)
  • Build a wine database — Catalogue wines, winemakers, grape varieties, regions, and countries
  • Search and filter — Find bottles quickly with full-text search, multi-select filters, and column sorting
  • Manage users — Control access with admin and standard user roles

Quick Start ​

  1. Log in to your CellarBoss instance
  2. Start by adding your wines and winemakers
  3. Set up your storage locations and locations
  4. Begin adding bottles to your cellar

Use the sidebar on the left to browse the documentation by topic. Each resource page covers listing, creating, viewing, editing, and deleting records.
